She has experience working out of HongKong, Beijing, Shanghai, Geneva and Bahrain.Olivia has solid experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods and Logistics industry, and recent years in FinTech digital payment. Her expertise is in driving digital transformation in New Retail - Winning at POS, Route-to-Market Execution, eCommerce, Omni-channel CRM and Big Data Analytics.
Gerard is currently CEO at BC Finance Ltd, one of the first micro-finance institutions to start operations in Myanmar. BCF operates through a network of 25 branches, and its 200 staff serve almost 25,000 micro-SMEs nationwide. Before joining BCF,Gerard spent over 7 years in the Telecoms industry in Hong Kong as COO at British Telecom where the focus was on largescale digitalization projects. He was directly responsible for managed network partnerships and indirect sales for managed network services across the 99 jurisdictions in the AMEA region.
Sidney Yuen was a corporate executive and a consultant with companies such as BAT, American Express , Arthur Andersen Consulting, Northgate Arinso & Convergys. His leadership positions, both in Hong Kong and abroad, evolved from leading a team to heading up a large customer service in house and outsourced operations. Later in his career, Sidney served as Chairman of the Asia Pacific Contact Centre Association and International Association of Outsourcing Professionals. He is on the Board of Directors of the Hong Kong Academy for Gifted Education, advisory board member of the University of South Australia and City University of Macau and an adjunct professor for the Shanghai University’s MBA Programme.
